If the app does not find the product after reinstalling the app and making sure permissions have been accessed, send a screenshot of phone version and app version to customer service team at service@wattcycle.com to check if there is compatibility issues. To troubleshoot, please use another device to download and try to connect if possible.
There is a possibility that the bluetooth module is disconnected from the handle of shipping. To troubleshoot, please recharge the battery or discharge it to activate the BMS first and then try to connect it via bluetooth.
If there is still connect problem, please reach out to service team and claim for warranty.
